Have a 30 second commercial played before a session during the Crop Consultant Conference. Be recognized as sponsor before and during the conference. Includes 8×10 booth, and an opportunity for a full page ad in Progressive Crop Consultant for a special sponsor rate of

Lanyard Sponsor – $3,000
Company logo on lanyard, given to every attendee at registration. Recognized as sponsor before and after the event. Includes 8×10 booth, and an opportunity for a full page ad in Progressive Crop Consultant for a special sponsor rate of $2,000 (33% savings).

Agenda Sponsor– $3,000
Have a full-page ad (8.5″ x 11″ with a 0.25″ Bleed) on the printed agenda. An agenda will be given to each attendee. Recognized as the agenda sponsor before and after the event. Includes 8×10 booth, and an opportunity for a full page ad in Progressive Crop Consultant for a special sponsor rate of $2,000 (33% savings).

CE Credit Sponsor – $3,000
Sponsor the continuing education tables. Up to 3 table runners and 1 banner including company logo. Recognized as sponsor before and during the event. Includes 8×10 booth, and an opportunity for a full page ad in Progressive Crop Consultant for a special sponsor rate of
$2,000 (33% savings).

Eblast Sponsor – $3,000
Have a custom Eblast deployed to attendees before or after the conference. The email will be designed by the sponsor, and deployed to all attendees. 2 Eblast sponsorships are available. Be recognized as sponsor before and during the conference. Includes 8×10 booth, and an opportunity for a full page ad in Progressive Crop Consultant for a special sponsor rate of

Interview Sponsor – $3,000
Be a part of the promotion and interview your company on the MyAgLife Daily News in an episode promoting the conference. Receive a 3-5 minute interview with someone from your company talking about what your company is
doing in the industry. Interview would be recorded and air prior to conference. Be recognized as sponsor before and during the conference. Includes 8×10 booth, and an opportunity for a full page ad in Progressive Crop Consultant for a special sponsor rate of
$2,000 (33% savings).

Traeger Sponsor – $3,500
Be the official sponsor of the Traeger giveaway at the conference. Traeger placed near the sponsor booth, and signage placed near the Traeger. Be recognized as sponsor before and during the conference. Includes 8×10 booth, and an opportunity for a full page ad in Progressive Crop Consultant for a special sponsor rate of

Face Mask Sponsor – $3,500
Be the official face mask sponsor for the conference. Have your logo placed on the face mask given to every attendee at registration. Be recognized as sponsor before and during the conference. Hand Sanitizer Sponsor – $4,000
Have your company logo placed on an individual bottle of hand sanitizer, and placed in each attendee’s tote bag. Your logo would also be placed near hand sanitizing stations recognizing you as the hand sanitizer sponsor for the conference. Be recognized as sponsor before and during the conference. Includes 8×10 booth, and an opportunity for a full page ad in Progressive Crop Consultant for a special sponsor rate of $2,000 (33% savings).

Water Bottle Sponsor – $4,000
Have a custom label put on each water bottle for the conference. Signage with logo will be placed at the designated water station. Recognized as the water bottle sponsor before and during the conference. Includes 8×10 booth, and an opportunity for a full page ad in Progressive Crop Consultant for a special sponsor rate of $2,000 (33% savings).

Room Sponsor – $5,000
Be the official room sponsor at the Crop Consultant Conference. Limited rooms available for sponsorship. Have your logo and company name attached to one of the rooms at the conference by having promotional signage placed around the room and at the door. Also be recognized in the agenda as the room sponsor (sponsorship would need to be paid for before the printing of the agenda). Be recognized as sponsor before and during the conference. Includes 8×10 booth, and an opportunity for a full page ad in Progressive Crop Consultant for a special sponsor rate of $2,000 (33% savings).

Break Sponsor – $5,000
Be the break station sponsor and be recognized for providing refreshing snacks throughout the conference. Includes signs displayed with company logo. Also have a 30 sec video played before one of the sessions during the conference. Recognized as the Break sponsor before and during the conference. Includes 8×10 booth, and an opportunity for a full page ad in Progressive Crop Consultant for a special sponsor rate of
$2,000 (33% savings).

Mixer Sponsor – $5,000
Sponsor of the Crop Consultant Conference Mixer. Have company logo displayed on signage inviting attendees to “Have a drink on you.” 2 sponsorships available, with bar in proximity to booth during the mixer. Recognized as Mixer Sponsor before and during the conference. Includes 8×20 booth, and a full page ad in Progressive Crop Consultant.

Bag Sponsor – $6,000 SOLD
Be the sponsor of the Crop Consultant Conference Bag. Have company logo displayed on the bag, and one will be given to each attendee. Recognized as the bag sponsor for the conference both before and during the conference. Includes an end cap 8×20 booth

Breakfast Sponsor/Lunch Sponsor – $10,000
Be the official breakfast or lunch sponsor during the conference. Each meal sponsorship comes with a 20 minute CE presentation to be on the agenda for the Crop Consultant Conference. Be recognized as the meal sponsor both before and during the conference. Includes an end cap 8×20 booth.
